Healthy Corn and Pea Salad Recipe
Materials: 125g frozen corn kernels, 50g
raisins, 50g frozen chopped carrot, 50g salad dressing, 1 sliced bread, 80g
frozen peas.
Steps:
1.
Scald the frozen corn kernels,
frozen carrots; drain the water and put it aside.
2.
Soak raisins in the water till
soft and squeeze the water out. Cut bread into pieces and use pan to fry it to
golden color.
3.
Mix the corn, carrot, raisin
and bread pieces with salad dressing. Add proper salt, pepper powder and the
sauce you like into it.
Corns and pea salad contains abundant
nutrition and fibers, so it is really healthy to reduce the risk of heart
disease and cancer.
