Seafood Salad Recipe: How to Make Shrimp
and Salmon Salad
Materials:
2 Prawns
Celery 100g
Fresh salmon 150g
Broccoli 100g
White vinegar 5ml
Olive oil 15ml
2 Caraways
Proper salt and pepper powder
Steps:
1.
Mix white vinegar, olive oil, caraways,
salt and pepper to make the salad dressing.
2.
Dice broccoli into pieces; cut
the seafood into same size; boil broccoli in hot water for five minutes until
they are soft. Wash broccoli again with cold water.
3.
Peel celery and chop it; you
can also scald it in boiled water for 2 minutes to remove the bitter taste
.
4.
Finally, add salmon, shrimp,
broccoli and celery on the plate and cover them with the sauce we made in step
one.
Notes: The shrimp and salmon should be
fresh; if you cannot eat raw ones, you can also cook them first. However, the taste
will not be as good as fresh ones.
