Potato Corn Salad Recipe with Homemade
Salad Dressing
Materials: 1 tomato, 1 potato, 1 cucumber,
50g scalded corn kernels, 15mil white vinegar, 2 egg yolk, 150mil olive oil
Steps:
1.
Salad Dressing: Add a little
vinegar into egg yolk to stir evenly; use spoon to add olive oil slowly; stir
them with high speed until it is thick enough.
2.
Boil the potato and then peel
it; cut potato, tomato and cucumber into pieces; add the scalded corn together
on the plate.
3.
Cover the salad dressing in the
surface of vegetables.
The homemade salad dressing is more secure
since there is no addictives in it. You can have a try by yourself.
