Colorful Children’s Day Salad


Materials:
50g lettuce
50g purple cabbage
40g asparagus
20g red sweet pepper
20g yellow sweet pepper
20g green sweet pepper
50ml Thousand Island Dressings

Steps:
1.       Scald the asparagus and then pick it up to cool down; slice the lettuce and purple cabbage to mix together.

2.       Wash the red, yellow and green sweet pepper; you can also carve them into cute shapes.

3.       Take out a cup; fill in the proper mixed vegetables; insert the asparagus and the cute pepper. Just mix the thousand island dressing into it when you eat.

Typical German Potato Salad

Materials:

1000g potatoes

1 onion

30ml olive oil

60g white vinegar

100g bacon

5g salt

3g white pepper powder

100ml light soup

15ml mustard sauce

Steps:

1.       Wash potatoes; peel the tomatoes and onion; chop onions with bacon
2.       Add appropriate amount of hot water in the pot; put the potato into it; heat the pot for 30 minutes until the potato is completely soft. Take the potato out and drain the water; cut it into piece.
3.       Take a teaspoon of olive oil into a pan; after heating, fry the chopped onion and bacon in it; then pour them on the potato pieces.
4.       Add salt, white pepper powder, olive oil, white vinegar, light soup and mustard sauce to stir thoroughly.

Tip: You can also use the salad dressing to mix with potatoes.

1 Green Payaya

15ml shredded coconut stuffing

Some garlic peanuts

Dry small shrimp

2 pepper

Proper lemon juice

Fish sauce

Steps:

1.       Mash the pepper, dry shrimp and garlic; then add fish sauce and lemon juice to stir.

2.       Peel the green papaya and remove the seeds. Slice the papaya and dip them into icy water to maintain the crispy taste. Drain the water.

Note: This papaya salad is really very spicy; maybe you cannot accept its taste. You can reduce the amount of pepper.

Seafood Salad Recipe: How to Make Shrimp and Salmon Salad

Materials:

2 Prawns
Celery 100g
Fresh salmon 150g
Broccoli 100g
White vinegar 5ml
Olive oil 15ml
2 Caraways
Proper salt and pepper powder

Steps:

1.       Mix white vinegar, olive oil, caraways, salt and pepper to make the salad dressing.

2.       Dice broccoli into pieces; cut the seafood into same size; boil broccoli in hot water for five minutes until they are soft. Wash broccoli again with cold water.

3.       Peel celery and chop it; you can also scald it in boiled water for 2 minutes to remove the bitter taste
.
4.       Finally, add salmon, shrimp, broccoli and celery on the plate and cover them with the sauce we made in step one.

Notes: The shrimp and salmon should be fresh; if you cannot eat raw ones, you can also cook them first. However, the taste will not be as good as fresh ones.

Materials: 
chicken breast 280g
8 broccoli                  
cabbage 200g
4 mini carrots
4 cauliflower
4 bamboo shoots
melted cream 45g
olive oil 15g                
red wine vinegar 13g
finely chopped red onion 8g
salt and pepper
salad oil 15g

Steps:

1.       Scald the vegetables in boiled salt water and drain them

2.       Cut chicken breast into pieces, and paint salt and black pepper powder on them

3.       Add salad oil and 5g cream in the pan; when the cream color changes, put sliced chicken to fry until the chicken color changes. Then take the chicken out

4.       Add the rest 25g cream and add vegetables to fry quickly

5.       Sauce: add melted cream in another pan; then add olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped red onion

Materials: 125g frozen corn kernels, 50g raisins, 50g frozen chopped carrot, 50g salad dressing, 1 sliced bread, 80g frozen peas.

Steps:

1.       Scald the frozen corn kernels, frozen carrots; drain the water and put it aside.

2.       Soak raisins in the water till soft and squeeze the water out. Cut bread into pieces and use pan to fry it to golden color.
