Potato Corn Salad Recipe with Homemade Salad Dressing
Materials: 1 tomato, 1 potato, 1 cucumber, 50g scalded corn kernels, 15mil white vinegar, 2 egg yolk, 150mil olive oil
1. Salad Dressing: Add a little vinegar into egg yolk to stir evenly; use spoon to add olive oil slowly; stir them with high speed until it is thick enough.
2. Boil the potato and then peel it; cut potato, tomato and cucumber into pieces; add the scalded corn together on the plate.
3. Cover the salad dressing in the surface of vegetables.
