Specific Spicy Papaya Salad Recipe


1 Green Payaya

15ml shredded coconut stuffing

Some garlic peanuts

Dry small shrimp

2 pepper

Proper lemon juice

Fish sauce

3 pieces of garlic

Steps:

1.       Mash the pepper, dry shrimp and garlic; then add fish sauce and lemon juice to stir.

2.       Peel the green papaya and remove the seeds. Slice the papaya and dip them into icy water to maintain the crispy taste. Drain the water.

3.       Add the sauce made in step one into the papaya; then sprinkle with peanuts and shredded coconut stuffing.

Note: This papaya salad is really very spicy; maybe you cannot accept its taste. You can reduce the amount of pepper.

Specific Japanese Apple and Spinach Salad Recipe




Materials: proper spinach, 1/2 apple, 1 egg, 15g salad dressing, 30g yogurt, 3g salt

Steps:

Wash the spinach and apple; drain the water; cut the apple into the shape of half-moon.

Boil the egg; separate the egg white and egg yolk; chop the egg white; use spoon to press egg yolk into paste.

Put the spinach and sliced apple on the dish; cover a layer of egg white and egg yolk.

Add salt water, salad dressing and yogurt in a bowl to stir them fully; pour the it into the dish to stir.

Most Suitable and Convenient Vegetable Salad Recipes for Family Picnic in Spring




In Spring, families often choose to go picnic at weekends, and it is much convenient to bring easy vegetable salad. Here is a simple recipe for you to make the salad of your own taste.

Main Materials: cherry tomatoes, 5 cooked quail eggs, 1/2 onion, 1 lettuce, 1/2 red and yellow bell peppers

Ingredients: 1 lemon

Sauce: 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, a little salt.

Practices:

1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, and cut them into 4 pieces; cut quail eggs into two parts

2. Tear the lettuce into pieces by hand; slice the onions

3. Cut red and yellow bell peppers into shreds

4. Place all vegetables in the crisper to stir and seal


5. Take another sealed crisper, and add appropriate amount of mixed herbs and black pepper. Add vinegar and olive oil according to personal taste. Use tablespoon to fully mix them.


You can take two crispers for picnic and mix them together when you are ready to eat, so that the taste of vegetable salad will be fresh.
